לפעמים הדרכים שנראות על פני השטח שונות לחלוטין, מתחברות בסופו של דבר להרמוניה מושלמת. אם הייתם פוגשים אותי בתחילת הדרך, הייתם רואים אותי מוקפת במבחנות, נוסחאות ומדידות קפדניות במהלך התואר הראשון בכימיה בטכניון. משם המשכתי לתואר שני באוניברסיטה הפתוחה, ובהמשך העמקתי בלימודי המשך במידענות – תחום שכולו חקר, סדר, איסוף נתונים ודיוק אנליטי בלתי מתפשר
אבל לצד העולם המדעי והמחקרי, תמיד פעם בי קול נוסף שביטא תשוקה עמוקה לאסתטיקה, לאפייה מוקפדת ולעיצוב ויזואלי.
החיבור בין שני העולמות: על פניו, מדע ועיצוב נתפסים כשני קצוות מנוגדים: האחד נשען על חוקים נוקשים והשני על דמיון חופשי. בפועל, גיליתי שהם משלימים זה את זה בצורה מופלאה. הדיוק הטכני, הירידה לפרטים וההבנה המבנית שרכשתי בלימודים הם בדיוק הכלים שמאפשרים לקחת סקיצה מופשטת או רעיון ראשוני, ולהפוך אותם ליצירה שלמה ומוגמרת – בין אם מדובר בקומפוזיציה גרפית נקייה ומדויקת, ובין אם בעוגה מעוצבת שכל פרט בה מתוכנן ומבוצע ברמת גימור מושלמת.
שינוי כהזדמנות לצמיחה: המסע שלי לא היה קו ישר; עברתי בו שלבים רבים, פניות ושינויים. כל שלב כזה, גם כשהציב אתגרים לא פשוטים, היווה בעיניי הזדמנות אמיתית ללמידה ולהתפתחות אישית ומקצועית. האתגרים חידדו את הרצון להצליח, הובילו אותי לאסוף אומץ ולהגשים חלום – הקמת עסק עצמאי משלי שמשקף את מי שאני באמת.
החזון שהופך למציאות: הבלוג הזה והמרחב שסביבו נולדו כדי לחבר בין הקצוות האלה: לשלב את הראייה האנליטית עם העין היצירתית, להביא את הדיוק לקדמת הבמה מבלי לוותר על החום והאומנות. כאן אחלוק את תהליכי היצירה, את הרגעים שמאחורי הקלעים ואת התובנות של הדרך.
Sometimes paths that appear completely different on the surface come together into perfect harmony. If you had met me at the beginning of my journey, you would have found me surrounded by test tubes, formulas, and rigorous measurements during my chemistry degree at the Technion. From there, I pursued a Master’s degree at the Open University, and later deepened my expertise in information science, a field rooted in research, order, data curation, and uncompromising analytical precision.
Yet alongside the scientific and research world, another inner voice always resonated, a deep passion for aesthetics, artisanal baking, and visual design.
Bridging Two Worlds
On the surface, science and design seem like opposing extremes: one relies on strict principles, while the other thrives on free imagination. In practice, I found that they complement each other beautifully. The technical precision, attention to detail, and structural understanding I gained throughout my academic journey are the very tools that make it possible to take an abstract sketch or an initial concept and transform it into a refined, complete creation—whether it is a clean, intentional graphic composition or an artfully crafted cake where every single detail is executed to perfection.
Change as an Opportunity for Growth
My journey was never a straight line; it has been shaped by many stages, turns, and transitions. Each step, even when bringing considerable challenges, served as a genuine opportunity for personal and professional growth. These challenges sharpened my drive, inspired me to gather courage, and led me to fulfill a dream: establishing my own independent business that truly reflects who I am.
